Shipping

to Blackberry Ridge

Feel free to ship wool to us by any of the package shipping companies or the US Post Office. While we used to suggest plastic feed bags or burlap bags as alternative shipping containers, UPS in particular has become less flexible in their requirements. It is now best to pack the wool into plastic bags which are then packed into cardboard boxes. Enclose instructions as follows:

  1. Name, address and phone number, including area code.
  2. Number of containers in shipment.
  3. What you want done (roving or spinning). For spinning work, please include the Spinning Instruction Form. If you are sending multiple packages in the same shipment, please indicate in which package the instructions are located.

Do not send money with your wool. When processing is complete, we will send you a bill for the cost of the processing and the return shipment. After we receive your payment, we will send you your wool.

We reserve the right to return wool at your expense without processing if we do not feel that we can process it suitably.
